    Policy Statement

Although sound financial backing, good business management, and a competent sales force, are all important factors to consider when trying to determine a companys' ability to compete for market share, if its R&D department can't come up with a product line or service which it can sell to consumers, then it won't be able to keep up with the competition and literally be doomed to fail. The telecom industry is a perfect example of this dynamic. Wireless providers know that if they don't offer their customers the choice of having the latest email, text messaging, high resolution camera, satellite navigation, and MP3 technology, as part of their monthly billing plan, then their competitors will simply use that little oversight to their advantage.

As someone who has not only been asked to consult on a number of different projects in the past, but also submitted proposals to such companies as Gridcore Systems, Wilson Sports, GE, Coke, Hasbro, GM, the PGA Tour, and Ames True Temper, I can put together a project designed to drive the kind of revenue stream which is necessary for the continued growth of virtually any enterprise regardless of its size or what sector of the marketplace it may be in.

Frank Schliewinsky, sociologist and founder of the highly successful West Coast consulting firm, Strategics, says,
"Mr. Eadys' own precise set of demographic metrics and  marketing parameters place him in a class by himself."
